Integrated solutions for operational support systems quickly deliver the relevant information to unit leaders and the involved helpers, independently of their location. The cooperation between the two technology suppliers Eurocommand and Esri has taken the development of digital situation maps for police, fire departments, and disaster control units to the next level.

More data do not necessarily lead to better decision making during emergencies. In order for information to be useful, ministries and organizations tasked with maintaining public safety need to be able to organize, evaluate, and transfer the information to all involved parties.

With CommandX, Eurocommand has developed an intuitive solution that meets this requirement. Within a few seconds, all emergency personnel receive clear and personalized information concerning operation sections or staging areas. This is made possible by Esri‘s high -performing ArcGIS platform, which analyzes spatial data in real-time, bringing them into a meaningful and informative format. The result are interactive situation maps for various devices – ranging from a 4k video wall in the command center to the emergency helpers‘ individual smartphones.

Eurocommand becomes Esri Gold Partner

Eurocommand and Esri will work together even more closely in the future in order to support ministries and organizations with public safety tasks by providing optimal digital innovations.
