TEL Friesland leads with CommandX

Together with the Technical Operations Command Center of the Friesland District,

we were pleased to welcome another new district client from Lower Saxony to

the CommandX family at the end of 2021.

Our technicians remotely installed CommandX

on the district’s ELW2 and provided users with an

initial evening training session on the basic functions of the new software.

Stefan Eilers, as

a volunteer official (Head of the Friesland Technical Operations Command), is pleased to say, "With

CommandX, we are expanding our command and control software, and with

CommandX, we are now well-equipped in terms of software to meet future requirements.

The Friesland Technical Operations Center is, alongside the

Jever Fire Department, the second organization in our district to rely on CommandX,

but CommandX has also become established in the surrounding districts,

so that we are using a nearly uniform

solution across all districts in western Lower Saxony.

This gives us the ability to deploy personnel from other districts

should disaster situations, such as those in the Ahr Valley, require

long-term operation of the Technical Operations Command in the district of Friesland."

We are very pleased that, with the district of Friesland,

another district in Lower Saxony has now chosen our solution,

and we look forward to continuing our collaboration.
