CommandX

The CommandX digital command support platform assists incident commanders in managing crises and emergencies of all kinds.

Reporting / Operations log

The reporting module forms the basis for legally compliant documentation and efficient communication in all operational scenarios. Depending on the type and scope of the situation to be dealt with, the requirements for documentation and communication vary and can change dynamically over time. The easy-to-understand operation log can therefore be converted into a comprehensive communication tool (reporting) at any time with just a click of the mouse, thus supporting seamless collaboration in evolving situations.

 

Situation display

Given the potential complexity of disaster situations, a digital situation display has become indispensable for crisis management. The situation display in CommandX enables the analysis and recognition of spatial relationships and goes far beyond the mere georeferencing of resources, danger spots, and elements of the organizational structure.

Thanks to the complete integration of the ArcGIS platform, CommandX is currently the only system with a bidirectional 64-bit interface to ArcGIS Server and Esri Portal.

Force management / resources

Unclear and dynamic operational situations pose a particular challenge for every incident commander. Force management forms the basis for the administration of resources and operational assets. It supports crisis management by structuring all tactical units and their relevant data and information and displaying them in real time. Even in unclear and cross-organizational operational situations, force shortages can thus be identified immediately.

Organizational structure

The Organizational Structure module provides a clear overview of hierarchical and spatial relationships in the context of an emergency situation. This allows you to quickly and easily create operational sections and staging areas at different levels and assign operational resources. During an operation, you can select your organizational structure in a matter of seconds directly from the templates you have stored in advance.

Casualty management

If people are affected in an emergency situation, casualty management provides an optimal basis for organizing injured and affected persons. With casualty management, you can perform patient triage using a triage wizard, record the personal and medical data of those affected, organize patient transport management, and display the treatment capacities of hospitals and emergency shelters.

Special situations

In the event of a large-scale incident, as a crisis manager you need to maintain an overview of numerous locations and resources at all times. With the special situations module, you can prioritize individual operations, assign them to departments and resources, and visualize all operations in a compact and clear manner. The special situations mode is therefore particularly indispensable for managing large-scale storm operations and medical services.

Synchronization

As a web-based software application, a CommandX instance can be accessed at any time from any location via an Internet connection. Client instances can thus be quickly and easily connected to a master instance. To ensure reliability in the event of connection problems, the optional synchronization service enables uninterrupted collaboration between different locally installed CommandX instances and ensures fast and secure data exchange.

With the additional Cockpit module, you have all mission-relevant data at a glance on one page. The Cockpit provides a comprehensive overview of the mission and serves as a valuable basis for decision-making for mission leaders and political decision-makers.

Property management

With CommandX object management, you can easily create and manage any number of objects. In addition to entering and visualizing general object data, you can store application-specific data for your objects, create object plans, and assign object-related tasks. This means that all relevant object data is immediately available during use.

The CRM add-on module supports you in crew resource management for your operations management. It provides a clear overview of individual persons and functions and visualizes their individual workloads. In addition, absences and substitution arrangements can be documented and individual tasks assigned.
