Our Team

Sascha Pomp is an expert in integrated system solutions for risk and crisis management, as well as operational support for command centers and mobile command vehicles. His experience includes unit command, area head of Information and Communication in Pinneberg‘s municipal disaster control team, as well as a trainer qualification for all levels of command. He also has had many years of international experience.

Focus:  Leadership of trainings and consultations for crisis management and disaster control 

Carsten Weiske has many years of experience in IT projects, ranging from analysis, consultation, implementation, to support. He is a qualified information electronics technician and the deputy unit head of Information and Communication in Pinneberg‘s municipal disaster control. He is also a certified radio operator and trainer in digital radio communication, as well as trainer and head of the Halstenbek fire department‘s command unit.

Focus: Training, project support, and operational support in fire deparments, technical command centers, and leadership staff.

Lea Gocks is completing her apprenticeship as an office management assistant and is getting to know all the important organizational areas of responsibility with us - from general correspondence to order processing, accounting and marketing support.

As an emergency paramedic and trained vehicle driver, he is an expert in operational organization and structure. Many years of experience in the areas of defensive fire protection, technical assistance, CBRN defense and press work. Coordinator for press work in social media and press spokesman for the Pinneberg District Fire Brigade Association.

Focus: Contact person in every project phase - due to the rescue service training, the right enhancement in the CommandX team

Specialist for the medical and rescue service. He has not only been working for the fire brigade since he was 15, but has also been an active member of the medical service at ASB Hamburg for 10 years. In addition, he was deputy head of the medical and rescue service at ASB OV HH Eimsbüttel for 4 years with participation at the regional association level.

Focus: Contact person for all aid organizations - We find a solution for every challenge

Nick Pardun has been completing his apprenticeship as an IT specialist for application development at our company since August 1st, 2020. During his apprenticeship, he gets to know product development, quality assurance and 3rd level support better. Nick Pardun is also active in the Uetersen Volunteer Fire Brigade.

Stefan Pardun is a Microsoft-certified network administrator, and works in IT support. He is an active member of a volunteer fire department.

Focus: Development and programming of the CommandX dispatch monitor, programming of specially tailored solutions.
